About Gideon Muthama Muange
Mr. Muange is the Director of Interurban Valuers and Property Consultants, with 29 years of experience in property management and valuation. He holds an MBA in Finance from Egerton University, a B.A. in Land Economics from the University of Nairobi, and a Professional Diploma in Valuation and Estate Management from the Institution of Surveyors of Kenya (ISK). He is a full member of the ISK and a licensed practicing valuer, examiner, and registered real estate agent.
Over his career, Mr. Muange has managed numerous valuation projects, including the valuation of buildings, plant, equipment, and livestock for various institutions. He has extensive experience in conducting valuations for mortgage purposes, forced sales, rental assessments, compensation (such as for the Standard Gauge Railway (SGR) project), and more. He has worked with several banks, including KCB, Family Bank, and Cooperative Bank, National Bank of Kenya and has provided services for religious institutions like the Anglican Church of Kenya.
