Mr. Samuel is a Valuer at Interurban Valuers and Property Consultants, with 5 years of experience in real estate valuation. He holds a Bachelor of Real Estate (Hons) from the Technical University of Kenya and is a Graduate Member of the Valuation and Estate Managers chapter of the Institution of Surveyors of Kenya. During his career, Mr. Samuel has worked on a variety of valuation tasks, including forced sales, mortgage purposes, and rental assessments. He has been involved in valuations for clients such as KCB, Family Bank, KNADS Sacco, and National Bank of Kenya. Notable projects include his participation in the Masterplan valuation of land for the proposed Railway City Project in Nairobi and the preparation of the Resettlement Action Plan for displaced persons along the Western Bypass.
